Shipping policy

General Information

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment. If the item you require is a pre-order, an estimated delivery date will be provided in the product listing, your basket and a confirmation email upon successful payment. 

Delivery Location

Items offered on our website are available for delivery worldwide. If for some reason there is an issue when entering the destination address at checkout, please get in contact with us using the form here. We will be able to help and advise how to proceed.

We do not ship to the USA or Canada. Please visit our distributor for sales in these regions. 

Delivery Time

An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Please note that orders must be placed before 11:30 in order to guarantee next day delivery. Orders placed after this time may be rolled over into the next days collection. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.

Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within 5 business days of the date of your order. Business day means Monday to Friday, except holidays. Shipping time is set from order fulfilment, not placement.

Please note we do not ship on weekends.

Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments if requested.

For items being shipped within the UK, DPD will be used as the courier. Please be aware they have recently updated their terms to mean that if the first delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the item(s) will be taken to a collection point nearby. You will be informed of this via your contact information provided at checkout, directly via DPD, along with instructions on how to collect your item(s). We are unable to assist with any direct issues relating to the DPD delivery processes and their terms. 

If you have not received your order within 28 days of receipt of shipment, please contact us here.

Where applicable, a tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped. This will be sent to you and will appear within your account, should you make one. 

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are based on the weight, size and value of your order, along with the delivery method chosen. To find out how much your order will cost, simple add the items you would like to purchase to your cart, and proceed to the checkout page. Once at the checkout screen, shipping charges will be displayed.

Additional shipping charges may apply to remote areas or for large or heavy items. You will be advised of any charges on the checkout page.

Sales tax is charged according to the province or territory to which the item is shipped. Any duties or charges will be the responsibility of the customer. 

Some items will offer various shipping options.

Damaged Items in Transport 

If there is any damage to the items you receive on delivery, contact us immediately here. Please quote your order number and include any pictures which may be of relevance where possible.

Collection

Some items may be available for collection, the option will be displayed at checkout. Please be aware this is for local or trackside collection only. If you select this option and are unable to arrange collection within a suitable timeframe, your order will be shipped and charged accordingly. Please wait to be contacted before collecting your order as we need to check our availability.
